Imagination Apparels follows a No Refund Policy, except in cases where a product is received with a verified manufacturing defect.
Items purchased at 50% OFF or higher are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Any claim regarding a defective product must be reported within the specified claim period along with clear images/video as proof. Approved claims will be processed within 14 working days.
Once a defect claim is approved, customers may exchange the item for another product of equal value, subject to stock availability.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items for exchange.
Imagination Apparels does not offer cash refunds or a money-back guarantee on purchased products.
Products that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for exchange.
All original tags, labels, packaging, and invoices must be intact when requesting an exchange.
Product colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen resolution, lighting, and device settings. Such variations are considered normal and are not valid grounds for exchange or refund.
Seasonal exchanges are only allowed within the same season. Summer articles can only be exchanged for Summer products, and Winter articles can only be exchanged for Winter products.
Exchange requests submitted after the eligible period may not be accepted.
Imagination Apparels reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
